To our Arts Academy parents,
We are all missing our time with your children, making art, music, theatre, and dance every afternoon.
The SAAC staff and Arts Academy teachers have been working hard to develop alternative methods to bring your child’s class to them at home. There’s no substitute for in-person instruction, but we are committed to finding ways for each of our students to remain connected to their teachers and classmates.
Starting the week of March 30, we will resume classes as the Virtual Arts Academy. You will be receiving communication from your teacher or from SAAC staff in the coming days about how to log into timed virtual classes or access recorded video lessons for your students, depending on their class and their teacher.
Every class is different, and we are all in uncharted territory. We ask for your patience while we try to work the kinks out of this new system. It will not be without challenges, but we want to continue offering every opportunity we can to create.
