You are invited to “raise a glass” with Executive Director Laura Allen and Assistant Executive Director John Lowery to celebrate the close of 2025 and look ahead to a bright new year. Join them on Wednesday, December 31, from 11:00am to 1:00pm at SAAC for your final opportunity to make a tax-deductible contribution, along with a cheerful gathering and warm conversation.

As the curtain falls on 2025, SAAC reflects on a year shaped by creativity, collaboration, and the steadfast support of its community. From theatre productions and gallery exhibitions to youth programming and educational outreach, the center has continued to grow as a vibrant hub for artistic expression. These accomplishments have been made possible thanks to the generosity of members, volunteers, partners, and friends who believe in SAAC’s mission.

Throughout the year, SAAC remained devoted to offering meaningful arts experiences for all ages. Our stages, studios, and galleries welcomed regional artists, young performers, emerging creators, and audiences from across South Arkansas and beyond. From free gallery access and school tours to scholarships for classes and summer camps, SAAC’s programming continues to enrich lives while nurturing the next generation of artists and arts supporters.

Looking ahead, SAAC’s leadership is focused on strengthening the organization and expanding its role as a cultural cornerstone. In 2026, the center will continue working to make SAAC the very best it can be for this community and for all who visit, learn, create, and gather here.

“With every show, every class, and every visitor who walks through our doors, we’re reminded of why the arts matter,” said Executive Director Laura Allen. “As we step into 2026, our commitment is simple: to keep building a welcoming, inspiring arts center that serves this community with excellence. We’re excited for what’s ahead, and we’re grateful for everyone who helps make SAAC such a special place.”

End-of-year donations play a vital role in sustaining SAAC’s mission. Contributions support free gallery admission, artist receptions, guided school tours, complimentary children’s theatre performances for local students, scholarships for youth programming, art supplies, and essential operational needs that keep the organization thriving.
