April’s Corks and Canvas art project is cuter than a button, so y’all join us as local artist Ann Trimble leads the leads Corks and Canvas art class! This month’s Corks and Canvas class “Magnolia Blossom” will be held on Thursday, April 18 from 6-9pm.
Trimble has chosen an acrylic paint project with specialty paper on canvas where you will paint and assemble a beautiful magnolia blossom. “I’ve always loved collaging, and with spring here and the magnolias blooming soon, I thought this would be the perfect Corks and Canvas project,” explained Trimble.
No experience is necessary. Corks and Canvas is designed for people who have always wanted to try their hand at art while also having some fun along the way. Come enjoy a time of relaxation with your friends recreating the featured painting of the night. Paints, brushes, and all the supplies will be provided. SAAC will also be providing snacks. Participants are welcome to bring their own drink of choice.
