The film is based on a true story and chronicles the saga of the Bradley family from Round Lick, Tennessee as they join the Tennessee Volunteers and eventually claim their land bounties in Arkansas. It is a story of patriotism, frontier hardships, and settlement west of the Mississippi River.

The film was written and produced by historian and director Rob Reep of Warren, Arkansas. Rob has produced a number of documentaries: The Saline, Timber, Singled Out, etc. This is his first full-length feature film.

“I spent a year researching for this film and six months writing and editing the screenplay. After holding casting calls, I worked for 11 months filming this story. Now that edits are complete, I am excited to share it with others,” says Reep. “The cast and crew of near 150 put their hearts and souls into this release.”

“For anyone who loves history, this film is sure to delight,” adds Reep. “The fact that it is about settlement in Arkansas really brings it close to home.”
